Funds earned through your SHARED REWARDS healthy activities roll over month to month as long as you remain a Shared Health member.

The Shared Health Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card is issued by Stride Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to license by Mastercard International.

Stride Bank is an independent company offering debit card services and is solely responsible for its products.

Funds are available for use within the program time zone.
